I've helped many people optimise their health and lifestyle with one-to-one personal training sessions. And sharing my knowledge on my social media platforms.

I played sports at a very young age, and my passion for exercise led me to pursue my career as a Fitness trainer. During these past 8 years, I have focused mainly on nutrition.
